The Conference Fee includes: Access to all conference activities including General Session keynote addresses, all breakout sessions, as well as the provided lunches and Social Gatherings on Tuesday and Wednesday.

*Guest Fee includes admittance to the Welcome Reception and Group Outing. Please note, participants must be at least 21 years of age.
Payment Information: All registrations must be accompanied by payment in full (U.S. Currency) for the specified rates to apply. Confirmation receipts will be provided via email (please allow 2-4 business days for processing).

Corporate Discounts
If you would like to verify whether a Corporate Discount Code has been assigned to your corporation, please contact us prior to registration.
To be eligible for the following enterprise discounts, all registrants must be:
- from the same corporation
- non-presenter attendees
If a discount code has not been established, and your corporation can commit to seven (7) attendees for TUG 2011, please obtain a Corporate Discount Code prior to registration.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please email your cancellation to tug@tiptech.com A full refund of your registration fee, less a $75.00 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received by July 31, 2011. For cancellations received from August 1, 2011 to August 15, 2011 a refund of 50% of your registration fee, less a $75.00 processing fee, will be processed. No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 16, 2011.
Substitutions /Deferrals
If you have previously registered for TUG 2011 and cannot attend; you may substitute another individual from your organization. If you have registered but you would like to defer your registration until TUG 2012, this can be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email your request to tug@tiptech.com. |
