What are the dates of TUG 2011?
TUG 2011 will be held Tuesday, September 27* through Friday, September 30, 2011.

Where is TUG 2011 taking place?
The conference will be held at The Omni Hotel in Charlotte, NC. Please see Hotel Reservations for conference rates and general information. For detailed hotel information visit The Omni Hotel.
Do I need to register for the conference and the hotel separately?
Yes. You may register for TUG 2011 via our online Registration form. Hotel Reservations can be made either online or via phone.
How do I obtain a receipt of my TUG 2011 registration?
A receipt (in .pdf format) will be emailed to you within 2-4 business days of submitting your registration.
Are group discounts available?
Yes. For additional information please reference Fees and Discounts.
What is the check-in procedure at the conference?
The TUG 2011 registration desk will open on Tuesday, September 27th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, and again on Wednesday, September 28th at 7:00 am. Attendees will need to check-in to obtain their conference materials and badge.
Can my spouse/guest participate in any conference activities?
Yes. Guests of registered attendees are welcome to participate in both the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception and the Wednesday evening Group Outing. Please note, there is an additional fee for guests, and they must be at least 21 years of age. Please see Fees and Discount and the conference Registration form for additional information.
Does the hotel cater to both business travelers and families?
Yes. The Omni Hotel is both a leisure and business hotel, located just a short escalator ride away from the Overstreet Mall, and a short walk to the entertainment district known as The Epicentre. To obtain more information access The Omni Hotel's website.
