Room Reservations:
Hotel reservations are now available at a discounted group rate of $179 (less applicable taxes) for single/ double occupancy per night, with complimentary high speed internet. Reservations will be honored by The Omni Charlotte Hotel through Sunday, August 28, 2011. Guest rooms are available at the guaranteed rate of $179 both 3 days prior-, and 3 days post-conference, subject to availability. |
Book your room reservations online or by phone 1-800-THE-OMNI (1-800-843-6664). When making reservations by phone, or by means other than the online link, it is important that you identify yourself as a member of the Group: "TIPQA™ User Group Conference TUG 2011".
As always, we recommend that you reserve your room promptly as rooms do fill-up quickly; particularly if you intend to extend your stay beyond the conference. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by either a first night room deposit or a major credit card. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, with a Check-out time of 12:00 pm.
The hotel will attempt to accommodate guests immediately upon arrival, but cannot guarantee this. The hotel will be happy to store your luggage at the Reception Desk should you arrive earlier than the room is available. If you require a late Check-out, please contact the Reception Desk. |
