Expand your opportunities to exchange information and gain knowledge by attending both the opening night Welcome Reception* and following night Group Outing*. Whether you are a seasoned TUG alumni or a first time TUG attendee, we are confident that you will find both events rewarding, with a chance to network, socialize and have fun!
*Spouses/guests are welcome to attend both the Welcome Reception and the Group Outing for an additional fee as specified on the TUG Registration Form.
Welcome Reception
Please join us for a casual evening of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at Tuesday night’s Welcome Reception. Unwind from your day of travels and spend time catching up with old acquaintances, meeting new ones, and conversing with TIP staff, as we welcome you to the start of TUG 2011.
Group Outing
This year’s event is a fun-filled, casual evening of entertainment for all. Hosted by TIP, you will have the opportunity to partake in dinner and cocktails and bowling! This outing will be a great way to relax after your first full day at TUG.
Strike City is located in Charlotte's Epicentre which is adjacent to the Omni Hotel.
