Technical Installation & Training |
TIPQA™ is installed with the assistance of your Network Administrator and DBA. The product is essentially self-installing. Technical training is provided to local customer support personnel. All support procedures are defined and documented. |
Application Training |

TIP Consultants act as liaisons with customer resources to manage project scheduling, problem identification and resolution, system maintenance and reporting. |
Implementation Services |
Data migration and conversion assistance is offered. Configuration of TIPQA™ parameters is performed to match customer quality assurance processes. Pop up and other system aids are developed as well as interfaces to ERP and other business systems. General problem solving and implementation guidance is ongoing. |
Maintenance & Support Services |
Support and maintenance services include responsive problem solving and reporting. |
