Mike Miller – Founder & CEO
Mike Miller, Founder of TIP Technologies, has over 30 years of quality assurance and quality management system development experience. Mike formed TIP Technologies in 1989 with a specific focus on creating a fully integrated QMS, designed to meet the needs of the complex manufacturing market. Mike provides the leadership, vision, and execution that helps establish TIPQA as the leading quality management solution.
Ron Dolan – President
Ron Dolan joined TIP Technologies as Executive Vice President in March of 2014 and was appointed President October 1, 2014. Mr. Dolan has significant and proven experience in the technology marketplace. With more than 30 years of leadership supporting product development, marketing, sales, and innovation through thought leadership, Dolan continues to be a transformational and strategic executive.
Ron is focused on a results based methodology that brings products and services together to solve real world issues. Executing this principle allows the delivery of superior quality management software (TIPQA), shop floor execution (TIPSFE) software, and consulting services to discrete manufacturers around the world.
Ron is active in the Space, Aviation and Defense industries and is a member of the AIA Board of Governors, serving on the Supplier Management Council.
Most recently Mr. Dolan served with Exact Software, N.A. where he led the Americas organization to its largest sales increase and profitability by consistently expanding the current customer use of products and services and significantly increasing new customer acquisition.
Mr. Dolan has served in senior executive positions for global organizations delivering solution for manufacturing (ERP/SCM), banking (Asset Mgmt.), customer development and management (CRM). During his career, Dolan has developed RAMPS ™ sales methodology and continues to be a strategic advisor and board member to several software and services sales focused organization.
Dolan is active in the Knights of Columbus and other community organizations.
Dolan is an alumni VMI (Virginia Military Institute) Class of 78, undergraduate English and received his MBA, in 1993.
Badri Balachandar – Director of Engineering & Operations
Badri joined TIP Technologies as Director of Engineering & Operations in June of 2015. He is a seasoned leader with expertise in operations, manufacturing, process optimization, product management, supplier management and business unit development in highly regulated industries. Badri has over 2 years of experience in complex manufacturing industries, 9 years in Healthcare, 4 years in Transportation, more than a year in Gaming Industry, 14 years in Management and over 6 years in Operations Management and Marketing.
Badri oversees the Support, Design, Development, Maintenance and Delivery of the TIP Technologies suite of products including TIPQA, TIPSFE and TIPSQM, and the day-to-day operations of various departments within the company. His teams proudly follow the pragmatic marketing methodology to deliver new products and features to satisfy the market needs.
Badri holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences and Computer Technology.
