TIP Technologies is excited to announce its fifth series of TIP Talk webinars. Presented by our subject matter experts, these free training opportunities will strengthen your TIPQA QMS software skills and help you get the most out of your solution. Each session will provide useful tips and tools to optimize your experience. TIP Talk webinars are perfect for new users or anyone who is looking to refresh their knowledge. All webinars will be between 45 minutes and an hour, including a live Q&A session.

This TIP Talk will be a review of the integrated modules of TIPQA and how they can be used, in addition to your internal processes and procedures, to aid in Counterfeit Parts mitigation and Diminishing Material Resources management.

Access Control

This training will provide an in-depth look into Menu Item Access, the portion of the module used to set up end user access, administrative features, Security Group definition and usage, Approval Group definition and application, Business Unit settings, Message of the Day and more.

Receiving Inspection – End User Training

This training will cover a basic, sample inspection process for both Receiving Inspection and a Source Inspection to demonstrate the simplicity of the module. Examples for failing an inspection will follow with a lesson on how to create a Nonconformance from a failed inspection.

Nonconformance – End User Training

This training will cover a basic, sample nonconformance process flow to demonstrate the simplicity of the module. Various examples of different types of nonconformances will be demonstrated including those with and without Task planning, generating a child nonconformance.

Corrective Action for Authors

This course will show how a typical CA flows cover how to write, respond to and process a Corrective Action in TIPQA. Reassigning, answering Task Plans, Reassigning and successfully closing a CA. Different types of example CAs will be demonstrated.
